Due to COVID-19 (coronavirus), our office hours will be from 9 am to 2 pm (or by appointment during these hours), Monday through Friday until further notice.  We encourage all tenants to mail in checks or money orders to our P.O. box. If you would like us to mail you a receipt, please include a note requesting it with your payment. Most banks offer bill pay, and will mail a check for you. Please contact your financial institution for more information on their services. Money orders and/or cashier's checks are available at post offices, Winco, and most financial institutions. Applications & Agreements

A credit check fee of $30.00 will be charged for each individual or $35.00 married couple who wishes to co-sign for a property. One application per individual or married couple will allow consideration for one or multiple properties at the time of application. Credit Application Use this form to apply for residency at a property. A credit check fee of $35.00 will be charged for each married couple or $30.00 individual over the age of 18 who wishes to reside at the property. One application per individual or married couple will allow consideration for one or multiple properties at the time of application.
